1.In accordance with processing steel diameter and rebar bender specification ,you must installed mandrel,molding shaft,shaft stop,variable block frame.and mandrel diameter is 2.5 times steel diameter.
2.Using the steel bar bending machine,according to the specification requirement,did processing the diameter exceed 6-40mm or 6-50mm,also add the oil is not allowed.
3.Need bend the low alloy steel and high hardness steel ,change the mandrel and max diameter are best choose.
