    Notice to Use Plat Compactor

    1. Please elevate the end of the rammer first before you start it and put the wheel on the end of the rammer by using of the bearing rod. Then check all parts of the rammer before working. The passive belt pulley and wheel should be rotated flexibly when you rotate it and they can’t produce obvious radial displacement and axial translation. The bolts of the vibrating box and other fastening bolts should be fastened tightly before working.

    2. After starting the rammer, you can operate it if there is no abnormal sound. Otherwise you should close the rammer immediately and check it.

    3. The loose earth to be rammed should be paved levelly and the thickness of the earth layer can’t exceed 200mm. Otherwise the rammer may sink into the earth and can’t advance.

    4. Hold down the handrail softly on the slope or the loose ground so as to accelerate the advancing speed.

    5. Please add lubricating oil to the bearings of the vibrating box after every 15 working days. Check the rammer thoroughly and maintain it after accumulative 80 working hours. Especially check whether the matching of the bearing in the vibrating box and the outer covering, axle is loose. If some of these parts are worn out, replace them immediately.

    6. Please pay attention to the working condition of the rammer during you operate it. If there is abnormal sound or the temperature of the vibrating box bearing is too high, please close the rammer immediately and check it.

    7. All fastening bolts need to be fastened tightly after the rammer is reassembled.

    8. Before the rammer works, put the wheel under the ramming plate first, then start the rammer. When you need to move the rammer, do not elevate the handrail but through the handles on both sides of the ramming.

      How to Use Electric Tamping Rammer

      Pre-operating preperation

      1、Please ready the manual carefully, and grasp it’s main points.

      2、Please ensure that the bolts and every part of the rammer are fastened every time before operating the rammer.

      3、Please ensure that the lubricating oil is adequate every time before operating the rammer

      4、Please ensure that the ground wire line of the electromotor is earthed and the insulated wire line is safe and intact.

      5、 Please switch the electromotor to “OFF” position, and then turn on the current.

      6、 After starting the electromotor, please ensure the rotating direction of the electromotor is right (it should be clockwise as per the direction of the blade).

       

      During operating

      1、 Please operate the rammer on the level and compact ground.

      2、 You can control the working condition of the rammer by control switch of the electromotor after starting the electromotor

      3、 Don’t hold the handrail too tightly so long as you can prevent the rammer from tilting and control the advancing speed and direction. You can change the advancing direction by rotating the handrail.

      4、 Do not hold down the handrail strongly so as not to affect the bounce height of the rammer.

      5、 By rotating the handrail, you may not only make the rammer move forward as required, but make it rotating at the original place.

      6、 Hold down the handrail lightly on the slope or the loose ground so as to accelerate the advancing speed.

      7、This kind of rammer is a small-sized ramming machine, so the earth which need to be rammed should be rammed layer by layer, each layer should be less than 250mm. Each layer should be rammed repeatedly for three times or more where it is needed.

      8、 If the rammer need to be moved, you can raise the handrail a little, push the walking wheel into the coupler, and then put down the handrail and make sure the strength is at the end of the rammer, and then push the rammer forward.

       

      Caution

      1、 Make sure the ground wire line of the plug is reliable earthed, which can not be connected with live wire. Please check the insulator surface of the line, so as to avoid electricity leakage.

      2、 During operation, Please make the guide line suitable. If too tight, it may be broken.

      3、 Make sure the connecting plug of the electromotor is in a sound condition. If unfastened, electricity leakage may occur.

      4、 Make sure the rammer is kept off moisture. And do not work while raining.

      5、 Do not operate on the cement or other hard ground.

      6、 Please stop to check immediately if there is some abnormal sound while working.

            How To Use The Steel Bar Bending Machine?

                What are the Different Types of Rebar? And Does it Matter?

                The compressive strength of concrete is tremendous. Incredible force is required to crush concrete. However, concrete has relatively weak tensile strength. Far less force is required to crack concrete by bending or twisting it than is required to crush concrete.

                A variety of rebar lengths and diameters are available, but there are only six common types of rebar: European (a carbon, manganese, silicon, etc. alloy); carbon steel (basic “black” rebar); galvanized; epoxy coated; glass-fiber-reinforced-polymer (GFRP); and stainless steel. The different types of rebar each unique strengths and weaknesses.

                European Rebar– The strength of European rebar is its cost. Made principally of manganese, European rebar is the least resistant type of rebar with respect to bending. While easy to work with, it is generally not recommended for use in areas that experience earthquakes nor for projects that require substantial structural integrity from its rebar.

                Carbon Steel Rebar– The most common rebar, “black” bar is used on every type and scale of project with few exceptions. The biggest weakness of black rebar is that it corrodes. When rebar corrodes, it expands cracking and breaking the concrete around it. For situations in which the rebar might be exposed to humidity or water saturation, there are better options than black rebar. However, with respect to is value/tensile strength ratio, black rebar is the best rebar available.

                Epoxy-Coated Rebar– Epoxy-coated rebar is black rebar with an epoxy coat. It has the same textile strength, but is 70 to 1,700 times more resistant to corrosion. However, the epoxy coating is incredibly delicate. The greater the damage to the coating, the less resistant to corrosion.

                Galvanized Rebar– Galvanized rebar is only forty times more resistant to corrosion than black rebar, but it is more difficult to damage the coating of galvanized rebar. In that respect, it has more value than epoxy-coated rebar. However, it is about 40% more expensive than epoxy-coated rebar.

                Glass-Fiber-Reinforced-Polymer (GFRP)– GFRP is a composite much like carbon fiber. As a result, field bends are not permitted when using GFRP. However, it will not corrode, period. In that respect, GFRP is an unparalleled concrete reinforcement bar. While it costs ten times as much as epoxy coated rebar per pound, it is extremely light, so the cost is only about double when considering talking linear feet.

                Stainless Steel Rebar– Stainless steel rebar is the most expensive reinforcing bar available, about eight times the price of epoxy-coated rebar. It is also the best rebar available for most projects. However, using stainless steel in all but the most unique of circumstances is often overkill. But, for those who have a reason to use it, stainless steel rebar 1,500 times more resistant to corrosion than black bar; it is more resistant to damage than any of the other corrosive-resistant or corrosive-proof types or rebar; and it can be bent in the field.

                  3. According to the rebar diameter, choose proper straightening block, traction wheel groove and the transmission speed.Straightening aperture should be larger than the steel bar diameter 2 mm to 5 mm, tractive sheave groove width same with the diameter of straightening rebar.

                  4. Must pay attention to adjusting straightening block. There are five straightening block, 1st and 5th block must be in the center line, middle three can be off center.First make reinforced offset of about 3 mm before straightening, if steel still be slow corners,increase the offset gradually until straightening.

                  5. The front of the guide cylinder should install a 1m steel tube. Rebar through the tube, and then through the guide cylinder and straightening, to prevent hurt worker.

                  6. Prohibit inserting rebar befor fixed wheel and covering shield to prevent straightening block flying out hurt people
